- These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Footes Pharmacies Pet Catalogue (“Catalogue”) provided by Footes Pharmacies (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
- By accessing and using the Catalogue, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Use of Catalogue
- The Catalogue is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Catalogue.
- You agree to use the Catalogue only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Catalogue by any other person.
3. Sale of Pet Medications
- We are authorized to sell pet medications in accordance with Queensland legislation.
4. Regulations
- We comply with the following regulations:
- Medicines and Poisons Act 2019 (QLD)
- Poisons Standard (Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (Cth))
- You agree to comply with these regulations when purchasing pet medications through the Catalogue.
5. Product Information and Availability
- We strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of product information in the Catalogue.
- However, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information.
- Product availability and prices are subject to change without notice.
6. Returns and Refunds

7. Liability
- We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Catalogue.
- You indemnify us against any claims, damages, or losses arising from your breach of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Queensland.
9. Changes to Terms
- We may modify these Terms at any time without notice.
- Your continued use of the Catalogue constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
NexGard Gift Basket Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Promotion Period: 17 September 2025 - 1 October 2025
Eligibility:
- The giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
- One entry per person per purchase transaction.
How to Enter:
- Purchase any NexGard products from Footes Pharmacies during the promotion period.
- Loyalty customers will automatically be entered into the draw to win a NexGard Hamper
- Winner’s must be a Foote’s loyalty customer.
Prizes:
- 8x Hampers are available to be won at each Footes Pharmacies location.
- Each hamper contains a selection of animal products (contents may vary).
Draw and Notification:
- The random draw will take place on 7th October 2025 at each Footes Pharmacies location.
- Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within 7 days of the draw.
- Winners’ names will be published on Footes Pharmacies’ social media pages.
Terms and Conditions:
- Employees of Footes Pharmacies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
- Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
- Footes Pharmacies reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
- By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
