- By accessing and using the Catalogue, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

- The Catalogue is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Catalogue.
- You agree to use the Catalogue only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Catalogue by any other person.

HOW TO ENTER

- Comment with your Favourite Fragrance in our Fragrance Catalogue
PRIZES
- One (1) single Fragrance from our Fragrance Catalogue (excluding gift packs).
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
- X 8 Prizes to be won to the maximum value of $50
- Prizes can be collected at the announced store or to be arranged for collection at our Foote’s Grange Road Pharmacy at a later date.
- Stock availability is not guaranteed. A reselection may be required.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
- The winner will be randomly selected
- The winner will be notified via Facebook Post on our official Facebook page
- The winner must respond to the notification within 1 week (7 days) to claim their prize.
- Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in the prize being forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected.
PHOTO CONSENT
- Winners agree to a photo taken and grant permission for their photo to be published on our Facebook page for promotional purposes.
RELEASE AND LIABILITY
- By participating, entrants release Foote’s Pharmacies from liability for any damages or losses.
- Foote’s Pharmacies is not responsible for technical issues or unauthorized access.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
- Entrants agree to the Foote’s Pharmacies use of their personal information for promotional purposes.
- Foote’s Pharmacies will comply with the Australian Privacy Principles.
