ABOUT LISA

Lisa has been a Personal Trainer for over 6 years. After gaining experience training and working in gyms from Brisbane to Darwin and as far away as London, she decided to move back to her home town and build the brand FIT UP FITNESS.

Beginning with just mobile personal training and Aratula group fitness classes, the popularity of FIT UP quickly grew and Lisa soon held group classes in Boonah, Kalbar, Harrisville as well as Aratula.

 

Lisa is incredibly passionate about the fitness industry and finds enormous satisfaction in coaching and supporting people to find the time for their health and in doing so become fitter, more active and energised individuals.

Her lively and energetic personality is infectious and makes a training session anything but a chore.

Her clients come not only for the workout but also the fun and friendly atmosphere Lisa creates. They always walk away from a session feeling more positive.

 

THE WORKOUT

A great workout you can do at home that improves balance, lower body strength, range of movement and cardiovascular health. This workout is designed for people with a moderate knowledge of exercise principals.
